At Beard Law Company, we are firmly committed to the privacy of our clients and website visitors. This privacy policy is intended to provide visitors with an understanding of our website information gathering practices. This policy is applicable to www.beardlawco.com and all other sites on the World Wide Web operated by Beard Law Company.

Introduction: This policy is intended to assist visitors to the www.beardlawco.com web site (the “Site”) with protection of their privacy by telling you what information we gather and ensure that you understand and consent to our uses of such information. We may occasionally modify the Privacy Policy and will post those changes on this page so that you may always be aware of what information we collect, how we use it and under what circumstances we disclose it. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of other websites and the information practices of those websites are not covered by this Privacy Policy. When you visit www.beardlawco.com, we do not collect any personally identifiable information about you unless you specifically provide it to us via a sign-in, subscription, or registration procedure. However, your visit is logged by a statistics program, which keeps records of traffic on the site, as well as numerical counts of visitors by domain, URL, search engine, keywords used, and other standard web measurements.

b. What information do we collect? How do we use it?: When you visit the Site, we may ask you for certain information such as contact information, telephone numbers, your email address, your location (e.g. U.S.) and the name of your organization. This information is stored in a database. The database enables Beard Law Company, and any affiliates with which Beard Law Company shares this database, to provide you with any legal articles and other information you request from us. We may also use your personal information to track activity on the Site. We do this in order to serve you better as we understand how you and other visitors use the Site. Whenever we collect personal information we make an effort to include a link to this Privacy Policy on that page.

We will only use your information for the purposes set out below if you have indicated that you wish us to use your information in this way when submitting the information. Additionally, if at any time you wish us to stop using your information for any or all of the below purposes, please let us know. We will stop the use of your information for such purposes as soon as it is reasonably possible to do so, and remove your information from the database as completely as possible. However, due to the inherent nature of computer databases, it may not be reasonably possible to find and completely remove all of your information from the database. c. Notice to minors: This Site is intended for use by adults. If you are under 13 please do not send us any personal information including your email details. If you would like to contact us please do so through a parent or legal guardian (ask them to email us on your behalf).

d. Do we share the information we receive? Your information may be shared within Beard Law Company. We may also disclose information about your individual visits to the Site or information which identifies you to affiliates or third parties for the purpose of providing you with information about products or services that might be of interest to you. We may also disclose your information as required by law, to local regulators and law enforcement officers. Also, certain functions pertaining to the Site such as hosting, storage and disaster recovery are provided by third parties who must necessarily transmit or store your information. e. Your Choice: Beard Law Company permits you to opt-in to receive certain communications from the Site. If at any time you want to opt-out of receiving communications from the Site or that you no longer wish your feedback to be displayed on the Site, please let us know and we will change your preferences

f. Are there any security issues? We take the security of your data seriously. Therefore, once we receive your transmission, we make reasonable efforts to ensure its security on our systems. Unfortunately no data transmission can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us and you do so at your own risk. You remain responsible for the security of your computer at all times.

In addition, that information may be used, stored and processed outside the country where you entered that information. However, if you are a resident in the European Economic Area and you do not want your information to be transferred outside of the European Economic Area please do not send us personal information.

k. Merger: If Beard Law Company merges with, acquires or is sold to another firm or otherwise changes the form of organization, we may share files and email records with our business and merger partners.

l. Online data: This general Privacy Policy only applies to the collection of data online and not to offline information which is governed by the attorney-client privilege and the relevant local data protection laws. This Privacy Policy may be amended or superseded by a specific privacy policy for the collection and use of other data.
